What Your IP Reveals

NEXETTE / Security Tools

See what your connection reveals before someone else does.

Your IP address, browser settings, and real-time network behavior can reveal more than most people expect. This free check turns those public clues into a practical report about what websites, advertisers, fraud systems, and attackers may be able to infer from a normal session.

This version uses a server-side IP lookup plus browser-side checks so the result is more stable and more aligned with the rest of the NEXETTE tool stack.

What This Checks

The results focus on what an ordinary website can infer from your current connection and browser settings without asking you for much at all. It highlights location clues, browser mismatches, and network details that can affect privacy, account trust, and fraud screening.

IP & regionYour current public IP and the approximate geography attached to it.
Network contextASN and provider hints that help explain how your connection may appear to outside systems.
Browser mismatchesTimezone and language clues that can align cleanly or look inconsistent.
WebRTC exposureAdditional candidates that may reveal local or alternate network details through the browser.
Why it matters

Even when you are not logging in or filling out a form, your connection still creates a trust profile that websites can evaluate quickly.

What strong looks like

Normal alignment usually means your IP region, browser timezone, and browser language tell a consistent story with no obvious extra leak paths.

What weak looks like

Public IP visibility is normal, but added leakage or unusual mismatches can make sessions look less private or more suspicious than expected.

One caution

Geolocation is approximate and browser-side network tests have limits. This tool is best used as an exposure check, not a guarantee of safety.

What The Result Means

A lower exposure score does not mean invisible. It means your connection appears more internally consistent and leaks fewer extra clues. A higher score means more location, routing, or browser signals may be exposed than you expected.

Low exposureFewer extra clues or mismatches beyond the normal public IP and approximate region.
Moderate exposureSome mismatches or browser-side indicators could make your session look noisier or less private.
High exposureMultiple mismatches or leak paths may reveal more context about your connection than most users expect.
Useful contextThe point is not to induce fear. It is to make your public exposure easier to understand in plain language.

    What Not To Assume

    • A VPN icon alone does not guarantee that every browser signal is aligned cleanly.
    • Your IP address normally reveals some approximate geography even without any deeper compromise.
    • Browser language and timezone mismatches are not automatically bad, but they can affect trust scoring and fraud friction.
    • This tool does not claim to measure all fingerprinting techniques or all anti-fraud signals used by websites.

    Why Accuracy Matters

    • Geolocation is approximate and can vary between providers, especially outside major population centers.
    • WebRTC may expose local or alternate network candidates depending on browser behavior and connection setup.
    • Browser hints like timezone and language are ordinary, but they become more useful when combined with IP clues.
    • Connection reputation is not fully covered in this version, but the plugin now gives you a cleaner server-side foundation for expanding it.
